Compassion - Always show compassion towards the client, and towards other investigators.  Emotions can run high when living with unexplained events.  Find out ahead of time how the client would like you to conduct yourself and the investigation before hand.

Cooperation - Work with the Property owners, and any members of the team or other teams on site.  We may all have different techniques and idea's, but if we work together, different methods can compliment each other.

Courage - Be prepaired to deal with things unknown, and face them.  Keep yourself composed, even if events take dramatic changes.

Safty - Your safty is in your own hands, so think of the dangers before acting.  If it looks dangerous, don't do it.  Know the potential dangers and take proper precautions.

Honesty - Be honest with the client, and team members.  Conduct yourself with the expressed intention of finding the truth, and not settling for the belief.  Unless you are sure on something, don't say you are sure.  Untrue stories in hopes of adding excitement will not be tolerated.

Responsibility - Each individual is responsible in representing the group, so conduct yourself in a proffesional manor during investigations, and in situations having to do with the group.  You are also responsible for any accidents, or damage you may cause during an investigation.  Each individual is also responsible for their own equipment, or equipment borrowed from another team member. The team will back you when they can, but the team will not suffer for an individual's inability to be responsible.
