What Are Mists
It is believed that some spirits manifest themselves as mist, smoke, or vapor. The color may vary, but common mists are white, or black (sometimes known as shadow people).
Dilworth Minnesota mist.
If you look closely at the left, you can make out the shape of a face. The person who submitted this pictue did say that they were using dry ice for effect that evening. This could easily be the explanation, and is a good example of what to watch out for in pictures. (don't mind the ghost on the right, he was just a sticker on the picture when they sent it.)
Norther Minneapolis Minnesota Mist
In this picture, there was no dry ice being used as effect. Could this be a spirit, or the reflection off a slight fog in the air. You can be the judge of that.
