What sorts of tools Do we use here at GFF?

Audio Voice Recorder - I have a Digital, and an analog (tapes).  These are for recording EVP's.  EVP stands for Electronic Voice Phenomenon.  Voices or sounds that are not heard by the human ear can sometimes be picked up on a recording.

Video Camera - We have one Video Camera, and one night vision video camera that can be used to document our investigation and potential phenomenon.

Wireless Night Vision Camera - This has no sound, but can be directly set up to record on a VCR up to 100 yards away with a live feed.

Digital Camera - We have Three.  Sometimes anomally's can be picked up on camera.  Some people beleive this is an accurate way to document "ghost orbs" which you can read more about on my "ghost orbs" page.

We also have an EMF detector which measures electo magnetic fields.  When around heavy electrical equipment, false readings are possible.  Some believe this is a good way to determine if a ghost is present, since it measures the energy in the air.

Non-contact Pocket Thermometer - We have just added a second one.  They measure the temperature variations in the air.  It is beleived that when ghosts manifest themselves by drawing on energy, it can lower the temperature creating cold spots.

What We Do Not Use.

We do not use things such as Ouija Boards, Tarot cards or any other such methods.  This is our personal choice, and mean no offense to those who use them.  We do not advise the use of them.  The one piece of advice we would like to stress is to never burn them
